Off-Duty Philly Officer Recovering After Being Shot 8 Times

An off-duty police officer was shot eight times in both arms during a verbal altercation with a passenger inside another car in North Philadelphia, police said. The officer managed to drive himself to the hospital and is recovering after undergoing surgery. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has the details.
