Off-Duty Officer Killed In Hit and Run

An off-duty Philadelphia police officer died after a hit and run crash. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports from the scene on Roosevelt Boulevard and Devereaux Avenue in the city’s Oxford Circle section where investigators are picking up evidence.
