Caught on Camera: Road Rage Leaves 1 Hurt at Jersey Shore

An angry driver hurt a person in Ocean city, New Jersey over the weekend. No word on what caused the road rage incident.

Investigators in "America’s Greatest Family Resort" along the Jersey shore say surveillance images lea them to a violent road rage suspect.

Video captured the angry driver of the white Dodge Sprinter van turning onto Haven Avenue from E 9th Street around 7:20 p.m. Saturday, Ocean City police said.

The driver left a person injured, police said. Investigators didn't reveal the type of assault but did say the incident involved a juvenile.

After the release of the video, investigators zeroed in on a suspect, police said.

On Wednesday, Brian Fitzpatrick, 38, of Ocean City turned himself in. Police booked him on aggravated assault charges and released him on a summons.

Police credited the public response to its Facebook post for quickly leading to Fitzpatrick's arrest.
