Ocean City Police to Detain ‘Unruly' Teens in Effort to Curb Problem Youth

Officials in Ocean City, New Jersey, have approved new authority for local police in an effort to address problems with rowdy teens. Officers will be able to detain anyone under the age of 18 at the police station, until a relative or guardian can pick them up.
