Occupy Philly Waiting for Permit to Move Locations

The occupiers applied to the city for a permit to move their encampment to a new location after being asked to leave Dilworth Plaza. The Municipal Services Building Plaza has been suggested, but some occupiers aren’t happy about the permit process.
