NYC Artist Uses Dead Trees to Spread Awareness on NJ ‘Ghost Forest'

A “Ghost Forest” has appeared in South Jersey as a lingering result of Hurricane Sandy. Experts says that because of rising water from climate change, salt water has found its way into forests, resulting in the deaths of acres of greenery. A New York City artist has used these trees in a new installation aimed at bringing awareness to the issue. NBC10’s Ted Greenburg takes a trip to the forest to see the impact.
