Nutter Makes History, Presides Over Same-Sex Wedding

Philadelphia City Hall was the scene of a history-making ceremony Thursday. It was the first time Mayor Nutter presided over the marriage of a non-U.S. citizen. The mayor officiated the wedding of an Israeli diplomat and his partner.
