NTSB Shows Simulation of Chesterfield Bus Crash

At Tuesday’s hearing, NTSB officials said the Chesterfield school bus driver did not effectively scan the area of the intersection before being hit by the dump truck because he was fatigued and in pain from persistent back problems. NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn reports with the latest.
