Silence for Northampton County Buildings

Northampton County buildings no longer play music in their hallways, elevators or for call waiting. The silence is because the music licensing company wants to get paid. The fee to keep the music playing would be about $2,300 and it would come from taxpayers. NBC10’s Terry Ruggles shares the story.
