No Drones Allowed at Atlantic City Air Show

An aerial display is happening above the Atlantic City beaches Wednesday. About 400,000 people are expected to spend hours at the beach watching. Here’s the details.

Drones are not permitted to operate during the Atlantic City Airshow.

The FAA has imposed a temporary flight restriction Wednesday prohibiting drones from operating anywhere in Atlantic City, Brigantine and Margate from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Drones will be confiscated and operators will be arrested.

The airshow takes place over the Atlantic City beach and boardwalk. The Air Force Thunderbirds and the Army's Golden Knights parachute team are among the performers.
