No Charges in 4-Fatality Crash on Roosevelt Blvd

Witnesses say two cars were drag racing when the 2012 Audi lost control and hit 28-year-old Samara Banks and her four young sons, killing all but 5-year-old Saa-yon. The accident happened on North 2nd Street and Roosevelt Boulevard in Feltonville. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports.
