Accused Teen Arsonist to Appear in Court Tuesday

A 15-year-old was charged with attempted murder and arson after allegedly setting her family’s home on fire Saturday morning. The New Jersey teenager is set to appear in court on Tuesday. NBC10’s Cydney Long was there when relatives returned to the home.
