NJ Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A northern New Jersey man who allegedly accessed child pornography sites while using a computer at the County College of Morris has been allowed to enter a pretrial Intervention program.

The ruling issued Tuesday means 57-year-old Roxbury resident Steven Bremmer could have his record expunged if he successfully completes the three-year program.

Bremmer was charged with child endangerment after Morris County prosecutors said he allegedly used the computer in the college library to search for child porn sites in November 2012.

Prosecutors initially rejected Bremmer's request to enter the PTI program, but later relented after his lawyer submitted additional documentation.
