NJ Lawmakers Discuss Legislation to Legalize Recreational Marijuana

On Monday legislators advanced a measure to legalize recreational marijuana in New Jersey. The bill would legalize an ounce of marijuana for adults 21 and over. Right now 10 states and Washington, DC, have legalized cannabis for recreational use. Meanwhile, 33 states allow medical marijuana, including Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
