NJ Drivers Given Refund for Red Light Cameras

According to American Traffic Solutions of Arizona which runs cameras for 18 New Jersey cities said their failure to properly certify all of their cameras to apply to state law led to about a half-million drivers becoming qualified for a partial refund on their red light citation.
