Men Charged in Deadly Shooting of 2-Year-Old

Philadelphia Police have new information on the case involving the murder of 2-year-old Nikolette Rivera inside her Kensington neighborhood home. Freddie Perez and Tavon Thomas have been charged. Police say a drug dispute preceded the shooting.
