NFL Draft Road Closures Snarl Traffic in Center City

The unprecedented completely outdoors NFL Draft is a historic first for football and for Philadelphia. A crowd of about 200,000 fans is expected to enjoy activities around the draft. However, the historic first is causing traffic trouble around the art museum.
