NJ Woman Dies After Her Truck is Swept Away in Flood Waters

Celena Janielle Sylvestri, 21, died in Pikes Grove Township, Salem County, N.J. early Sunday morning when her truck was swept away in rising water. She was on the phone with 911, but rescuers could not get to her in time.
