Gov. Christie Saw “Extraordinary Despair”

Governor Chris Christie says he saw “just extraordinary despair” among flood victims when he toured hard-hit Wayne in northern New Jersey. Christie promised flood victims that he’ll look into their complaints to see whether a damn is making their flood problems worse after natural disasters like Hurricane Irene.
