New video shows moment driver hits, kills beloved 47-year-old barber

Philadelphia police are investigating a hit-and-run that left a 47-year-old man dead in Northwest Philly on Tuesday night. Investigators released new surveillance video of the incident hoping to identify the person they think is responsible.
