New Property Assessment Could Increase Taxes for Many

In anticipation of a property tax assessment set to be released Friday, NBC10’s Aditi Roy sat down with Philadelphia City Controller Alan Butkovitz and discussed which neighborhoods’ taxes could see the highest increases. Up to 60 percent of Philadelphia homeowners could see a property tax boost, but there are measures you can take if you are affected.
