Governor's Plan to Jump Start New Jersey

Gov. Phil Murphy laid out a master plan Monday with goals he plans to accomplish in the next seven years. He wants to refocus on attracting fast-growing and high-paying businesses and cultivating entrepreneurs in those areas.
