New Jersey Moves Closer to Single-Use Bag and Foam Container Ban

New Jersey lawmakers are continuing to push for a ban on single-use plastic and paper bags and foam containers. New Jersey would become the ninth state with a plastic bag ban if the legislation becomes law.
