Former New Jersey acting governor and senator Dick Codey is pushing for a law that would keep Thanksgiving sacred, at least until 9 o’clock, so employees can spend time with their families. The law is not standing any ground this year, as many crowds have pushed their way into stores just after the Thanksgiving sunset.
