New Files Show Suspected Killer Had Documented Potential to Commit Violent Crimes

Keith Gibson, the man suspected of a number of murders in our area, is currently being held by Delaware police. Gibson was arrested before but was released on time served. Newly found documents show that the Delaware Department of Corrections knew that Gibson had a violent past and the potential to harm people again. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has more.
