New Details on Temple Student Killed by Miami Police

New details have been released on the police-involved shooting death of a Temple student in Miami. The student was celebrating her twenty-second birthday in Miami when she allegedly fled the scene of a crash and ran over an officer before police shot and killed her. NBC Miami’s Julia Bagg speaks to the woman’s father and a witness.
