Philly's Historic New DA to Be Sworn in

Philadelphia’s new district attorney will be sworn in on Monday and take office after the seat was left vacant. One of the first cases Kelley Hodge will deal with is a deadly double shooting by a neighbor. NBC10’s Pamela Osborne has the details.
