New Acting Mayor for Atlantic City Sworn In

Atlantic City has a new acting mayor Friday, a day after its former mayor pleaded guilty to federal charges. Marty Small will also keep his job as City Council president. His predecessor, Frank Gilliam Jr., resigned after admitting he stole $87,000 from a youth basketball team he had founded.
