Neighbors Shocked to Learn of 14-Year-Old Girl's Murder

It was July when 14-year-old Grace Packer was last seen by those living in her Abington Township neighborhood. On Thursday, prosecutors said she was murdered and her body dismembered in the woods. Those who remember her said she was a happy kid.
