Neighbors rattled after bulletproof vest saves officer's life in latest police shooting

For the second time in less than a week, another Philadelphia police officer has been shot on the job. The latest shooting happened around 6 a.m. on Wednesday morning in North Philadelphia. Police say the officer shot was executing a warrant and the situation could have been much worse if he wasn’t wearing his bulletproof vest. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has the details.
