Neighborhood Initiative for Philly's Rucker Park

Local resident, Jahmall Crandall came up with an idea to bring his South Philadelphia neighborhood together during a time when crime and blight is destroying it. His idea — modeled after Harlem’s Rucker Park — would essentially use the basketball court on 20th & Tasker Street to bring the Point Breeze community together. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
