Scam Targets Breast Cancer Survivor With Fake Church Event

A church emailed a breast cancer survivor and mother with cerebral palsy asking her to speak at an event, even offering to cover expenses. Then, she was asked to wire funds for a work visa, and things just weren’t adding up. So she reached out to NBC10 Responds and Harry Hairston for help.
