NBC10 Responds: SEPTA Strike Refunds

SEPTA riders are looking to get reimbursed for unused trips during the recent transit worker strike. NBC10 Responds and Harry Hairston shows you the steps you need to take. If you’d like to request a refund in lieu of a credit voucher, submit your Transpass and a letter explaining why you are requesting the refund to: SEPTA 1234 Market Street, 4th floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107. SEPTA tells NBC10 it will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
