NBC10 Responds: Man Struggles to Get Refund for Shoes

A man struggled to get a refund on the shoes that he had purchased at Payless ShoeSource because of the payment method he had used. He used the mobile payment method known as Samsung Pay. With the refund refusal, he called NBC10 Responds and later received a refund check from Payless ShoeSource. NBC10s Harry Hairston has the story.
