NBC10 Responds: Man Says Trash Company Hit Him With Surprise Fee

A man first reached out to NBC10 Responds in early April after he received a collection notice from Republic Services. They wanted a $60 payment for a trash can removal after he discontinued the service. Harry Hairston has the update on the outcome of this standoff.
