NBC10 Responds Gets Janet Jackson Tickets Refunded for Local Couple

When a local couple dropped more than $400 for tickets to see Janet Jackson perform at the Sands in Bethlehem only to have Jackson postpone the show indefinitely, Ticketmaster at first wouldn’t refund their money for the tickets. Then NBC10 Responds and Harry Hairston got involved.
