Why Pennsylvania May Cause Delay in Knowing Winner of Presidential Race

Pennsylvania can’t start counting mail-in ballots until Election Day, and some counties plan to only start counting until Nov. 4. This could mean the country may not know the results of the presidential election on Election Night.
