Weird Seeds in the Mail? Don't Plant Them, But Don't Toss Them, Either

People around the country are getting seeds in the mail as part of what officials believe is a scam. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture wants to make sure you don’t plant the seeds, but they say you might not want to just toss them away, either.
