NBC10 Investigators: Suspect Should Have Been Behind Bars Prior To Shooting Of DelCo Officer

Officer Christopher Dorman is home recovering after being shot seven times Friday. The NBC10 Investigators learned that Dorman’s shooter, Donte Island, should have been behind bars at the time of the shooting. A judge had issued a warrant for his arrest last Sep tember for violating probation. NBC10’s George Spencer reports.
