NBC10 cameras capture Philly police arresting protesters who refused to leave Penn campus

NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports as the last of pro-Palestinian protesters at the University of Pennsylvania’s campus continue to chant and wave a Palestinian flag as surrounded by police Friday morning. Police officers were arresting protesters one at a time, some refusing to walk to the waiting police vans.  NBC10’s Siobhan McGirl shows you what it looks like outside the barricades.
