Drunk Nanny Passes Out Near Child: Police

A nanny in an Ocean County neighborhood was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and a driving while intoxicated. When the mother arrived home, the nanny was passed out drunk on the floor and the baby was crying with a dirty diaper, according to police. Lori Bordonaro has more.
