‘My Son Got Shot', Father of Slain Bike-Riding 11-Year-Old Speaks Out

Harley Belance of just 11 years old was riding a bike with another 14 year old when he was killed by gunfire in Northeast Philadelphia Friday evening. NBC10 reporter Steven Fisher spoke to his father.
