Homicide Charges for Drunk Driver Who Killed Cop: Police

Louis Vogwill is being charged with homicide after he allegedly crashed into off-duty officer Lamar Poole while driving drunk. NBC10’s Doug Shimell reports a tow truck driver chased Vogwill down and boxed him in until police arrived, according to investigators.
