Murder Charges to Be Reduced in Rittenhouse Square Stabbing

A 1st-degree murder charge is expected to be  reduced to 3rd-degree murder against, Michael White, who  is accused of killing a man in Rittenhouse Square. White’s family says it was self-defense.
