A Philadelphia man has been charged with the murder of his boyfriend, a Pottstown, Pennsylvania, man who disappeared in 2019. The suspect allegedly sent phone messages to family and friends of the victim for weeks to make them believe he was still alive. NBC10’s Johnny Archer has the details.
