Mummers Group Responds to Allegations of Racism

A controversial New Year’s Day skit at the Mummer’s Parade had someone depicting the rapper Jay-Z and Mayor Jim Kenney. Philadelphia’s City Council President accuses a group of Mummers of racism for the skit, but the group says that the skit was pre-approved by the city.
