Multi-Million Dollar Settlement For Sandusky Victim

The first major settlement is reached in the Penn State-Jerry Sandusy child sex abuse scandal. Victim #5 has accepted a multi-million dollar payout and it’s is expected to set the bar for other settlements. NBC10’s George Spencer reports.
