Most Should Leave Fireworks to the Pros

NBC10’s Tim Furlong is on the Ben Franklin Parkway where Philly’s big 4th of July Jam will end with fireworks Thursday night. Anyone planning to set off fireworks should make sure they aren’t breaking the law, officials tell NBC10. The best bet is to leave the fireworks to the professionals.
