More on Community Policing Task Force Led by Philadelphia Police Commissioner Ramsey

The shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri led to President Obama’s creation of a task force concentrated on community policing. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey is the head of that task force. NBC10’s Doug Shimell has more on the new initiative.
