A Montgomery County woman was found guilty of strangling her 11-year-old son to death. Despite a defense of mental illness, a judge said that Ruth Whitehead of Horsham, Pennsylvania, new exactly what she was doing when she killed her son. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the story.
